Step 2: You’ll receive a health questionnaire that includes a 3-day food diary to complete before your session. (This must be completed at least one week before we meet.)
Step 3: We meet for your one-hour online session, where I review your diet, symptoms, and lifestyle and give you expert, personalised advice on what to do next.
